New frontend

The content management system used for the Arctic Data Centre has been updated along with the backends. The new interface has changes in the search interface and now supports faceting. There is fast access search interface embedded in this page and the full search interface in a dedicated page found under the menu item "Find data".

Missing data collections

The data collections for the EU projects DAMOCLES and ACCESS, as well as parts of the DOKIPY data collections (the Norwegian contribution to the International Polar Year) are currently missing from the catalogue. These data collections are currently being transferred into the new data model and will be available when the migration is completed.

Migration of services to new environment

The Arctic Data Center is being migrated into a new environment these days. the migration will be finished before Summer. As part of the migration, the legacy interface available at http://arcticdata.met.no will be permanently closed (address to be redirected into this site). The harvesting interfaces have already been shut down and new harvesting interfaces are being implemented at https://adc.csw.met.no/. This is an pyCSW implementation supporting OGC CSW, OAI-PMH and OpenSearch.
